We provide a Community Hub for the people of Westhoughton through which members of the community without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, nationality, age, disability, race or of political, religious or other opinions, and community groups, will have access to meeting spaces, advice, information and guidance, educational, social and leisure opportunities.
To work in partnership with both members of the community and key agencies to develop the Community Centre to meet new and future needs of the residents of Westhoughton using continual consultation and the facilitation of strong community input.
We also aim to ensure the longer-term viability of the Community Centre by creating a network of income generating enterprises and by working with others to access community grants and funding streams so that the organisations can achieve complete self- sustainability from the income and services we provide.
