Age UK presents Tai Chi for over-50s.
Tai chi; sometimes know as “shadowboxing” – Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China.
Tai chi is a great exercise to help you keep active because involves stretching, breathing techniques.
It takes place at the Hub on Friday Mornings from 10am and 11 am. You only need to bring a small donation.
NB: Both classes are currently full, but do phone The Hub if you would like to be put on a waiting list, which is reviewed regularly!
