We have teamed up with several local businesses and instructors to provide you with different classes for your family to get moving together!
There are classes aimed at 0-5 and 5 plus, therefore please be sure to check the age restrictions to classes before booking.
Inclusive, we have Baby Yoga taster sessions, pre-natal class and our fabulous Howfen Runners backing this project to help US get YOU and your FAMILY moving.
To sign-up to this offering we need you to complete a very simple survey as below, before you start, along with any forms asked by the classes you attend:

We would also ask you to make the promise to take an additional survey at the end of the class offering so we can evaluate your health and enjoyment over the period.
In addition, we will be providing you with access to 4 family nutrition sessions, which focus on helping parents provide the best options for our children.

Cost:
To benefit from all of this, we are asking for you to sign-up and commit to the full 17 weeks. When doing any form of exercise, it can take up to 8 weeks to really feel a difference, by 17 weeks, you won’t want it to end! Hopefully we won’t have to. Our aim is to allow the instructors to continue and be able to offer all these classes and more.
We are requesting the financial input of £5 per week which entitles 1 adult and 1 child to access up to 3 classes together per week. If you have another adult in the family or child, then add just £1.50 per person (maximum 2 adults per family).
The payment should be paid via a standing order on every Monday to receive your membership stamp card.
Discount can be provided where payment for the full 17 weeks can be made upfront at £75. This payment can be done via bank transfer or cash/cheque.
Booking Classes:
To book classes you need to have paid by Monday to be on the membership register. You will then need to ensure you book your place by calling The Hub to be added to the class register. At the end of each session users will be ask whether your place is required the following week.
If a class is oversubscribed there will be a waiting list and people will be invited to take the place of a no show immediately.
