We have a range of Exercise and Fitness classes which are held at The Hub Westhoughton. These range from Yoga, Pilates and Core exercises. Come and get fit with us and meet other like minded people, the classes cater for all levels of fitness.

Weight Watchers will be joining the Hub community starting on Tuesday 4th February at 5:30pm then continuing every Tuesday at the same time and on Wednesdays at 10am. Yoga Flow with Karen is an accessible Yoga Class for everyone. New Class starting Wednesdays 11am til 12pm. The classes are hosted on Thursday evenings from 7pm til 9pm.
Core Flex is a YogaPilates fitness class for men and women, which is held at The Hub Westhoughton every Tuesday and Wednesday 7pm and 8:10pm.
Aspire Dance & Stage runs at The Hub Westhoughton each week. Classes cover many styles of dance and drama.
