Weight Watchers will be joining the Hub community starting on Tuesday 4th February at 5:30pm then continuing every Tuesday at the same time and on Wednesdays at 10am. From Weight Watchers: “A warm welcome to our inspirational and motivating workshops awaits to help support you on your journey to that happier and healthier you!”
Sands will be hosting weekly meetings at The Hub on Tuesdays from 7pm til 9pm. The meetings will be held in the Franny Lee Room.
We are friendly group who run on Tuesday evenings from The HUB in Westhoughton. We start the runs at 18:30pm.
Yoga Flow with Karen is an accessible Yoga Class for everyone. New Class starting Wednesdays 11am til 12pm. The classes are hosted on Thursday evenings from 7pm til 9pm.
The Tuesday Group is a great place for seniors to come and meet other people. The meetings are from 1pm til 3pm.
Core Flex is a YogaPilates fitness class for men and women, which is held at The Hub Westhoughton every Tuesday and Wednesday 7pm and 8:10pm.
Tony Moss runs an Art Class where attendees will learn tips and tricks to improve their painting and drawing. The classes are held Monday.
