The following classes and activities are just for adults, we have a range of classes which will suit seniors to such as Tuesday group.
We have grouped our activities into these categories:
WW have been with the Hub community since 4th February 2020. They run 5:30pm every Tuesday at the same time and on Wednesdays at 10am. From WW: “A warm welcome to our inspirational and motivating workshops awaits to help support you on your journey to that happier and healthier you!”
Sands will be hosting weekly meetings at The Hub on Tuesdays from 7pm til 9pm. The meetings will be held in the Franny Lee Room.
We are friendly group who run on Tuesday evenings from The HUB in Westhoughton. We start the runs at 18:30pm.
Yoga Flow with Karen is an accessible Yoga Class for everyone. New Class starting Wednesdays 11am til 12pm. The classes are hosted on Thursday evenings from 7pm til 9pm.
The Tuesday Group is a great place for seniors to come and meet other people. The meetings are from 1pm til 3pm.
Tony Moss runs an Art Class where attendees will learn tips and tricks to improve their painting and drawing. The classes are held Monday.
